From Tuesday March 21 to Friday March 24, Academy’s girls lacrosse team was in St. Petersburg, Florida, for the 3-D lacrosse camp, with two daily practices and a scrimmage, followed by and a real game.
The girls faced off against the nationally ranked Cathedral on Thursday and fell 10-7.
With the experienced leadership of senior captains Karina Walter and Michelle Daoud, the girls are looking to make their way back to the state tournament.
The team will undeniably put in copious time and energy into reaching its goal under its famed head coach, Anne Horton,
The team’s next home game is on Saturday April 1 against Olentangy Orange.
