After losing just one senior last year, the girls basketball team is ready to pick up where it left off. The girls’ scrimmages on Thursday, November 17, kicked off the Vikings’ season with enough players for dedicated varsity and JV teams.

The girls played both Shekinah Christian and Independence at home, while the JV took on Independence twice. All four games consisted of two 10-minute quarters. Unfortunately, our girls lost three of the four games, but they still have ample time to improve before their season opener.

Although they have two more scrimmages next week, the Vikings’ regular season starts on Tuesday, November 29, when they face Groveport Madison at home at 6:00pm for JV and at 7:30pm for varsity.
