On Tuesday, September 20, the girls had a 3-2 triumph over CSG. Sophomore Himaja Reddy undid her opponent with a decisive straight-set win.

Reddy plays second singles for the team and has so far won 10 of her matches. Her teammates expect her to continue her achievements into the post-season.

Neena Baliga’18 said,  “Himaja is definitely our most improved player. She has solid ground strikes and a great return rate. I think she can go pretty far in the tournament as long as she stays focused.”

As the season progresses, make sure to keep an eye out for her!
