Butterflies Blossoming at the Franklin Park Conservatory

One of The Franklin Park Conservatory’s most delightful events is its Blooms and Butterflies, which includes hundreds of free-roaming butterflies in one of the most stunning exhibits: the Pacific Island Water Garden.

Trained staff conducts the release of the butterflies and provides an educational experience about these winged insects everyday at 1 and 3pm.

While the butterflies are set free for the first time after their metamorphoses, one might even land on your finger or clothing.

Starting on March 12 and ending on September 18, 2016, this sensational display is something to see.
