Gallery Hop: Short North Style

Along side the loud hustle and bustle of a packed crowd wandering from gallery to gallery, individuals with diverse interests engulf the Short North’s narrow streets for gazing at the free art and festival-like occasion that occurs the first week of every month: Gallery Hop.

Known for stimulating stylish individuals and promoting its share of new artistic ideas, Gallery Hop attracts a large diverse crowd. The sculptures, paintings, and pottery are in the spot light as you enter crowded galleries. Not only are the actual art attractions at center stage, but so are the small retail shops, such as the throw back style at Artisan de Lux.

Haiku Sushi and other “hole in the wall” joints are filled with people experiencing the art of the culinary field. From all across the board, one thing is in common: a fascination with art.
