Northstar Café, a casual organic diner, has locations in Clintonville, the Short North, and the ever-so convenient Easton. Paying before the meal relieves the stress of scrambling to gather enough money from your wallet afterwards.

Organic ingredients comes with a price, however, since Northstar’s prices are on the high end. A burger and beverage costs about $18! Popular dishes include the Buddha Bowl, Chopped Salad, Sweet Basil Burrito, and Northstar Burger, all of which are $11.

The breakfast menu is superb. Cloud Nine Pancakes (filled with ricotta and served with real maple  syrup and bananas) and the  Housemade Granola (organic rolled oats with nuts, yogurt, fruit, and a drizzle of honey) are crowd pleasers. The Mushroom Frittata ( eggs that hearth-baked with roasted mushrooms, sweet onions, and gruyere with a side side of rosemary roasted potatoes) is also a favorite.

Daily hours are from  9:00am  to 10:00 pm.
