On Saturday the 14th, the boys swim team raced against 16 opponents for the division 2 Sectionals title. Academy led the way with a team score of 302, nearly 120 points ahead of the runner up, Granville. The boys relay team of Le’17, Dreisbach’18, Goldfarb’17, Warren’17 won the 200-yard medley relay and the 400-yard freestyle relay while the relay team of Bellisari’17, Heerman’16, Burke’15, Cao’17 received 2nd in the 200-yard freestyle relay.

Other notable victories include Dylan Warren’17 winning the 100-yard freestyle, with teammates Tin Le’17 and Roman Bellasari’17 receiving 2nd and 3rd respectively.

Le also won the 50-yard freestyle, and Dreisbach won the 100-yard backstroke.

Support the boys at districts at 10:00 am on Friday the 20th at Ohio University Aquatic Center. Admission is $6.
