Releasing Our Stress

It’s been more than two and a half-months since school began, and the tests and assignments are piling up. Having an immense workload each night leads to the inevitable- stress. When I walk through the halls, I can see the exhaustion on my friends’ faces.

Between schoolwork and extra-curriculars, it’s hard to find time to relax and rest. While stress might be unavoidable, it’s no fun being tired and anxious around the clock. So, here are a few tips I found that might help with managing your stress. Who knows? They might be just what you need.
