In late October, Starbucks CEO, Howard Shultz, announced that Starbucks will now offer a delivery option, in select parts of the country, through its mobile app in the second half of 2015. This service could be available to residents of Portland, Oregon, by next month.

While the thought of having a steaming hot Starbucks arrive to you without leaving your office or house is appealing, this convenience will come at a cost. Both the experience of going to a coffee shop could fade, not to mention the added responsibilities for this coffee giant’s employees.
