This past week, the boys golf team won Division III districts for the first time in 10 years. With an unusual combination of 2 freshmen, 1 junior and 3 seniors, this is one of the more diverse teams.
Out of 72 boys, senior Nabeel Kahn and freshman Tejas Sinha tied for 4th place with a score of 74. While senior Carter Kistler and freshman Cole Walter tied for 17th with 78s. Senior Ted Loper placed 29th with a score of 81.
Senior, Chloe Bradburn, had a score of 77, winning the Division II girls district championship.
The whole team placed in the top half of the district golf tournament results. This year shows an exceptionally high-qualified team. Congratulations, Vikes!
