Smashburger is a promising new food chain in Ohio, with eight restaurants statewide. The company has 193 shops in the country, and its newest place has just opened on North Hamilton Road.

Comparable to Five Guys (currently the best place to get a burger), Smashburger might change the minds of Central Ohioans.

When I first walked in to Smashburger, I was greeted by its good-smelling food. As I approached the counter, a nice employee was willing to introduce me to the menu and all the different things it offers.

The menu includes many different burgers and chicken sandwiches,  hot dogs, shakes, salads, and fries. I was amazed by all the different choices and how cheap they were. I have always liked Five Guy’s for the fries, but Smashburger’s fries are more than tasty. The burgers are cooked fresh and “smashed” and very juicy. For the past few times I have been to Five Guy’s, the service and food have been disappointing and subpar.

I have only been to Smashburger once, yet I can’t wait to go again. I highly recommend you try a smashburger for yourself and compare it to your favorite hamburger.
